Production + Fulfillment Associate

Looking for a part-time or full-time dedicated and hard-working employee for a growing natural hair care company based in Portland, OR (close to downtown Tigard).

Everything is manufactured in house including all our herbal extracts. We bottle, pack, shipped all products and orders from our facility.

We are a small company, with 2 other employees alongside our 2 owners. We wear many hats over here and looking for someone to join our family!

Responsibilities:

• Pack orders, consumer and wholesale orders
• Move inventory and materials across facility as needed for filling or packing orders
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
• Package items and label correctly for all outgoing orders
• Receive deliveries and ensure all deliveries have been accounted for and have arrived undamaged
• Stack and organize large bulk items safely
• Operate pallet Jack when necessary
• Ensure workspace is kept well organized
• Build boxes for outgoing orders, prep other shipping materials
• Assist with regularly scheduled inventory
• Assist with full production and bottling
• Provides general administrative support including email correspondence and data entry

Skills & Qualifications:

• Independent thinker that is willing to take initiative
• Have a working knowledge of computer word processing programs
• Good social skills and works well both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to handle the growth and demands of filling orders timely
• Physically able to stand, move, squat
• Interest in herbs, herbalism, natural, non-toxic products is a PLUS!

We wear many hats so this job can be as expansive or as basic as you make it – with room to grow! We need someone who is diligent, dedicated, punctual, is ok with physical labor (moving around pallets, pails of ingredients, building boxes to name a few).

Experience in a warehouse, working with a pallet jack/pallet stacker is great but not required.

Hrs : looking for part-time or full-time.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
