Our Reset Guide to 2025

Happy New Year 🌟 If you're anything like us, we love to harness the energy of a fresh year to take inventory of our daily practices, ridding ourselves of those that no longer serve us and bringing in those that support and align with who we truly are.

Both a practice for our own lives, and a jumping off point for you (if you like!), we put together a week-long reset guide for thoughtfully crafting habits that support your best self (and the earth at large!). Follow along below for tips on how to feel refreshed in your world from hair to skin to home and more...

Day 5

Mind

A era of being (chronically) online means we must take extra effort to quiet and nurture the mind from the countless stimuli it sifts through on the daily. On our fifth day of our 2025 reset, we ask you to consider how you care for your mind.

HOW

  • Journaling
  • Phone Breaks
  • Breathwork

WHY

  • Declutter Your Mind
  • Reconnect With Yourself
  • Mental Health Is Connected Physical Health

FAVORITES

  • Wilde House Journal
  • Breathwork Class (if you're in PDX, woo-woo is great!)
  • Do Nothing! We so often don't allow ourselves the luxury of doing absolutely nothing ;)

Day 6

Things

We all have ‘em. The trick is making sure that whatever your belongings are, that they hold value to you. If you’re in the market for something new, maybe skip the fast fashion or impulse buy and opt for pieces that are made locally, with natural fibers, high-quality materials, and hold a story. And if you’re just looking to let go, consider donating your gently-used items to a local shelter or organization.

HOW

  • Clean Out The Closet
  • Be Discerning
  • Donate

WHY

  • Letting Go + Making Space
  • Allow Your Belongings to Truly Represent You
  • Give to Others in Need

Our home is our sanctuary and where we typically spend (A LOT of) our time. Cleansing your space allows for new energy to flow in. Taking care of our home can sometimes offer a mirror into how we are taking care of ourselves.
