Ways to nourish your scalp during seasonal shifts
Did you know that it’s quite normal for your hair and scalp needs to shift with the seasons?
There is absolutely nothing wrong with switching up your shampoo, conditioner, even how often you wash your hair.
In fact, we encourage it!
Cooler temperatures and drier air can also mean a drier scalp. However, this doesn’t mean this needs to be you!
HOW TO NOURISH YOUR SCALP DURING THE COLDER MONTHS:
1. Choose the right shampoo.
2. Wash more frequently.
Don’t worry about breaking your “I only wash my hair once a week” rule. if you’re noticing an imbalance in your scalp, give it the attention it’s asking for, you’ll be much better off. Then can slowly back down to your “I only wash my hair...” rule. More on that HERE.
3. Incorporate overnight hair and scalp masks into your routine.
Your scalp will love you and never misbehave again. ;)
*Apply to a damp scalp + hair, massage into the scalp + hair, twist up into a bun and goodnight! Wash your hair as you normally would the next day.*
